About the Role
Robinson Landscaping Solutions is looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our growing crew in Fort Wayne. This is a hands-on outdoor position — you’ll be part of a team that takes real pride in the work we do, one yard at a time.
No experience? No problem. We hire for attitude and work ethic. If you enjoy being outside, staying active, and working alongside a solid team, this role is worth a serious look.
What You'll Be Doing
- Mowing, edging, and trimming residential and commercial properties
- Planting, mulching, and seasonal cleanup work
- Operating and maintaining landscape equipment safely
- Keeping job sites clean, organized, and professional
- Communicating with team leads and crew members on the job
- Showing up on time, ready to work — that's the main thing
